Stiles just watches the kid and watches him get up from where he was. There was something about the kid that reminded him of someone but he still couldn't place it. After all, this was some stranger that he didn't know. There were about a million questions on the young Stilinski's mind and he wanted answers to said questions. That would have to wait though. At least till he knew the kid was okay.
