Scott recognized the look on Stiles' face. He sighed and went to find Deaton. Unfortunately Deaton most likely hadn't expected Gabe to latch onto the dog quite like he had. It was a way to cheer him up and distract him from the accident. How was the vet supposed to know he had a mini-Scott on his hands who loved animals that much?
"Hey Deaton, the puppy hasn't had all his shots has he? Gabe's gotten really attached to him for some reason."
Daddy wasn't used to having others around who could hear as well as he could. That meant Gabe started looking like he was ready to cry. His daddy wasn't happy with him for falling in love with the puppy! Omg!
