Gabe shrieked when he felt the jeep lose control. Instinctively he threw up his hands to shield his face, but they got caught up in the airbag. The arm closest to the window shredded from the glass breaking, getting blood all over him and the bag. He tried to get free and run or something but he was caught in the coat and seat belt and omg, he can't leave his mom!
A couple of the paramedics that were alerted by Melissa brought out gurneys and split up to flank the sides of the jeep. Seeing the blood and broken glass, they got the passenger door open and ended up having to cut the seat belt to get Gabe free. He still tried to run but they grabbed him and put him on the gurney.
